Our buildings are located along the South side of Rue Pascal-Poirier, very close to the core business district for the Town of Shediac. The business district is a combination of old and newer commercial properties and the municipal plan is to continue development and promo economic stability beyond the reliance of the tourism industry.
The immediate area is developed with single family dwellings, multi-unit residential housing and other special care homes. A Public Works Government of Canada office building, dental clinic, Ecole Monseigneur and Shediac Multipurpose Centre are also located to the East. The area offers easy access to: shopping, schools, churches and the local medical centre.
